Bio-Decontamination Method
Electrostatic spraying is a bio-decontamination method that sprays an electrically charged mist onto surfaces and objects to eliminate contaminants and germs. CCS uses this as one method to keep our partners facilities and employees safe.
Routine Industries & Environments
Electrostatic spraying effectively disinfects surfaces and hard to reach places in areas such as:
- Warehouses
- Offices
- Conference rooms
- Cafeterias
- Break rooms
- Copy rooms
- Restrooms
- Lobbies
- Labs
- Corridors
The Process
Electrostatic disinfection spraying is a relatively simple process where a positive electric charge is placed on a disinfecting liquid that allows it to be attracted to the negative or neutral charge on surfaces within the treated area. While the process of electrostatic spraying is simple, the benefits when using this in conjunction with other cleaning methods are abundant.
Electrostatic spraying is more effective than surface cleaning alone. This is due to the electrically charged disinfectants spreading to not only the tops of surfaces but all sides and hard-to-reach places. As a result, electrostatic spraying completely disinfects every surface in the treated area.

We have developed a Healthy Cleaning Protocols program to aid in the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases, using the latest EPA-approved disinfectants.
As a part of our Healthy Cleaning Protocols, our team of pathogen control specialists will leave behind cards to let you know when these areas were last disinfected.
