Michael comes to CCS with extensive service industry experience, having held executive HR positions with USAA, Whataburger, Toyota, and ISS Facility Services North America. While at ISS, Michael won the 2013 Best in Human Resources award at a global recognition event in Rome, Italy for his leadership and contribution to realizing nearly 70% organic growth (+$300 million) in under three years.
Before beginning his HR career, Michael served as an Intelligence Analyst in the US Air Force. Michael is dedicated to driving unparalleled growth and success for our colleagues throughout CCS, while also focusing on providing distinctive solutions to meet the needs of our partners.
